style of Tai Chi accompanied with QiGong. Everyone
is welcome. This is a gentle form that has been
helpful with balance and fall prevention. It will
help you develop a firm mind and body. I hope that
you allow me to gently guide you along this path.
Both the beginner and advanced students are welcome
to attend.
Please dress for exercise
and wear comfortable shoes.
